Returns and Refunds

I want you to be happy with your purchase and offer returns or exchanges provided that you contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship the return within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. I will cover the shipping cost if I am sending you an item back in exchange. Please insure the item and obtain a tracking number. Returns lost in shipping cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Shipping or Free Local Pick-Up

I keep a few of everything in stock. Items that are not in stock can still be purchased, but will take up to 4 weeks to be produced. I ship promptly and use USPS priority mail, shipping costs are added at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please note that I only ship within the USA, and do not offer international shipping.

Jewelry Care

Remove your jewelry before exercising or swimming. You can clean your sterling silver jewelry with a soft brush and mild soap. The colored copper jewelry should not need any cleaning. I oxidize my sterling silver to bring out the beautiful texture in pieces. Avoid vigorous buffing with polishing agents or solutions as they can alter the patina. Keep jewelry in a dry location and preferably in a box or wrapped in a cloth away from other jewelry. If your piece needs repair contact me and I am happy to help.
